Participants will move through a low impact seated workout focused on stretching, mobility, and cardiovascular health.
Swimming 101
Our goal is to provide residents with essential water safety education.
Water Safety Awareness: How to stay safe in and around pools.
Basic Swim Skills: Comfort in the water, floating, and basic strokes.
Self-Rescue: Techniques to save yourself if you are in danger of drowning

Chair massage are offered every second Tuesday of the month!
These massages focus on your neck, back, shoulders, arms, and hands.
This can be a great option to help reduce tension, improve circulation and reduce stress.
Sessions typically last 10-20 minutes.
